If we will not handle carefully the industry of Surgical Instruments manufacturing on time , its shape will be worst like sports and leather industries. We should not forget that India and China seriously taking the interest to manufacture the hand made surgical metal instruments in their countries.
As soon as possible, we should provide international level training to our SME’s ( Small and Medium Enterprises ) so that we may face the international challenges for quality control and services.
In this modern age the successful business is not possible without professional knowledge. Without professional knowledge it is not possible to get development .
We should provide the special training to the SME’s . Gradually we should make the squads of well trained SMEs . We should take help of CBI to provide training to our SMEs. We should provide the best coaching to SMEs.
In the Surgical association ( SIMAP ) and SCCI the seminars and workshops should be arranged .
